Wilfred began his technology career with Hewlett-Packard (HP) as a Network Engineer, where he spent 10 years building and managing enterprise infrastructure.
He later joined Oxford University Press as a Programme Manager on an e-learning software project, gaining valuable experience in digital education platforms and global content delivery.
After three years at OUP, Wilfred moved to Wellcome Trust, the second-largest medical research funder in the world, based in central London. At Wellcome Trust, he led several complex digital and technology initiatives, including cloud and infrastructure projects, learning management system (LMS) development, and he played a key role in leading the organisation’s agile transformation.
After seven years with Wellcome Trust, Wilfred resigned in January 2025 to establish Von Newmann Technology Consultant Limited, where he now serves as Chief Technology Officer, driving the vision, architecture, and delivery of AI-powered solutions.

He has led cross-functional teams delivering secure payment platforms on AWS and Kafka ecosystems. Previously, as Agile Delivery Manager at Roche, he managed the Digital Customer Engagement Network, coordinating multiple digital products for healthcare professionals under the SAFe framework while managing global dependencies and release planning.
David has also held leadership roles at GfK, driving the transformation of data analytics and AI-powered insights platforms on Google Cloud. His expertise spans program governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivery across web, mobile, cloud, CRM, big data, and e-commerce platforms.
